Prices are up in the Antelope Valley
The Multiple Listing Service for the Greater Antelope Valley Association of Realtors shows home prices have increased.
Single Family home sales for July, 2017 saw 368 units sold with an average sales price of $311,090 in Palmdale and $285,377 in Lancaster.
Palmdale homes increased in price over 2016 by 5.4% while Lancaster jumped by 16.9%.
